Between the two of them they have over 40 years of combined experience solving creative problems and producing high touch outcomes for commissioned public art projects, commercial work and their own studio practices.

5. Analogue to Digital



Happy Returns Studio specializes in helping artists, designers and Chicago area creatives digitize their sculptures, designed objects and other unique artifacts for a range of potential outcomes.


We can facilitate the complete process from 3D scanning to mesh cleanup and 3D printing both at large scale and large volumes. If you are looking to make an edition of your sculpture in cast glass or bronze we specialize in this type of work. We can produce 3D printed patterns for lost PLA casting or produce plaster molds for traditional lost wax processes. We work with a number of different foundries to produce the final object(s) and deliver with the high touch quality Happy Returns Studio has delivered for many happy clients.
